Assassin's Creed video game adapted into circus stage show Heredis

Ubisoft has announced Assassin's Creed: Heredis, a stage experience created by the artistic collective Les 7 Doigts. The show features circus artists, dancers, and urban parkour specialists performing an original story about a young man searching for his father, triggered by a mysterious letter on his 25th birthday. The production draws on the parkour movement system of the video game franchise. It debuts on 3 December at Théâtre Maisonneuve in Montreal, Canada, then tours to France starting 21 January. Les 7 Doigts is known for acrobatic dance spectacles focused on artistic performance. The show appears separate from game lore, though the protagonist resembles Desmond Miles. Further tour dates beyond Canada and France have not been announced.
