festival-fair · 2026-04-19

Asia NOW 2025, themed 'Grow,' is set to occur at La Monnaie de Paris, showcasing approximately 70 galleries from around the globe. The event emphasizes West Asia and South Asia, challenging conventional East-West distinctions. New features include 'The Third Space' for innovative artworks and 'Cinema NOW' dedicated to film. Key participants are Esther Schipper, carlier | gebauer, and Tang Contemporary Art. The public program includes input from organizations such as the Saudi Visual Arts Commission, Lahore Biennale Foundation, and Colomboscope. Two awards promote artistic endeavors: the RAK Art Foundation Prize (a one-month residency in Bahrain) and the Matsutani Prize (€15,000). Curators for the fair are John Tain, Natasha Ginwala, and Anissa Touati. It will take place from October 23-24, 2025.
