ArtReview Publishes Tate Modern Supplement for 2016 Reopening

publication · 2026-04-24

Back in 2016, ArtReview teamed up with Phillips and Tate Modern to put together a special 68-page supplement called 'Nought to Sixteen, a History.' This piece highlights the 16-year journey of Tate Modern alongside the cultural and social changes that happened during that time. The editorial team at ArtReview not only came up with the idea but also edited the publication, which features input from notable figures like Matthew Collings, Sam Jacob, and Linda Nochlin. This supplement was included in the Summer issue of ArtReview, distributed worldwide, and was especially prominent at Art Basel, with an additional 10,000 copies available at Tate Modern for its reopening weekend.
