ArtReview Bar Hosts Live Music Night with Suction Cups, Serafina Steer, and Das Hund

On Thursday 12 May 2016, the ArtReview Bar in London hosted a live music event from 7pm, featuring performances by experimental band Suction Cups, multi-instrumentalist Serafina Steer, and a set by DJ Fancy Smith. Suction Cups, comprising Nicholas Pankhurst, Peter Walsh, and Leo Whetter, performed at 7:30 pm, followed by Serafina Steer's solo bass guitar performance at 8:15 pm. The night also included new music and poetry recitals by Das Hund, a duo of Samuel Levack and Jennifer Lewandowski on vocals, with guest musicians Serafina Steer on keyboard and Euan Hinshelwood on bass guitar. This event marked the third instalment of a live music series organized by Levack and Lewandowski to celebrate their artists' commission in the April issue of ArtReview magazine. The venue was located at 1 Honduras Street, London, EC1Y 0TH, with RSVPs accepted at rsvp@artreview.com. DJ Fancy Smith played until 11pm.
