Artpress compiles Pierre Guyotat's major interviews
Artpress has published a collection of its major interviews with French writer Pierre Guyotat, spanning from 1973 to 2010. The volume includes conversations on his landmark works such as Tombeau pour cinq cent mille soldats (1967) and Eden, Eden, Eden (1970), the latter banned by the French Ministry of the Interior. It features his first discussion on theater for Bond en avant (1973), a dialogue with Russian translator Maroussia Klimova on Prostitution à Saint-Pétersbourg, and an interview with Jacques Henric on his autobiographical third volume Arrière-fond (2010). The book is prefaced by Jacques Henric and includes contributions by Maroussia Klimova and Philippe du Vignal.
