Artpress has published a new volume collecting its major interviews with Philippe Sollers, the French writer and founder of the influential review Tel Quel. The book, part of the 'Les grands entretiens d'artpress' series, features conversations selected by Catherine Francblin, Jacques Henric, and Guy Scarpetta, with a preface by Henric. The interviews cover key works by Sollers, including the essay 'Sur le matérialisme', the novel 'Paradis', the philosophical and realist novel 'Femmes', the love story 'L'Étoile des amants', and the five-hundred-page 'Une vie divine' which addresses the question 'who am I?'. Sollers discusses Nietzsche, Mao, Lacan, Dante, the Bible, Mozart, and Picasso.
