Artpress compiles interviews with American Pop Art masters

Artpress magazine has published a new book titled 'Les grands entretiens d’artpress. Pop Américains', collecting interviews with key figures of American Pop Art. The volume features conversations with Jasper Johns, Roy Lichtenstein, Andy Warhol, Robert Rauschenberg, James Rosenquist, Tom Wesselmann, and Larry Rivers, conducted by critics including Catherine Millet, Régis Durand, and Achille Bonito-Oliva. The book explores how Pop Art, emerging around 1960, brought contemporary art into mainstream culture while maintaining depth of thought.
