Artpace San Antonio Names Fall 2026 International Artists-in-Residence

Artpace San Antonio has announced its lineup for the Fall 2026 International Artist-in-Residence program, curated by Rigoberto Luna. The selected artists include Irene Antonia Diane Reece from Houston, Roksana Pirouzmand from Los Angeles, and Chavis Mármol from Mexico City. Each brings a unique perspective through photography, sculpture, and performance, delving into themes like power, identity, and collective memory with cultural and material approaches. The residency runs from July 27 to September 20, 2026, while exhibitions will be open from September 17, 2026, to January 17, 2027. Notably, Irene Antonia Diane Reece is acclaimed for her work on the African diaspora, social justice, and community health.
