other · 2026-04-26

Netural Coop has launched a call for the artist residency 'Semi nel Vento' in Bovino, a rural village of 2,000 inhabitants in the Monti Duani area of Puglia. The deadline for applications is February 25, 2025. The residency aims to foster dialogue between creatives (visual artists, performers, actors, musicians, sound designers, architects, urban designers) and the local community, using art as a tool for social change and inclusion. Selected artists will animate the town with new ideas, visions, and skills, addressing themes such as sustainability, ecology, social innovation, new technologies, the future of agriculture, and community participation. The residency will take place for one month between April and May 2025. Each participant will receive a local mediator, travel and accommodation expenses covered, production materials, dedicated spaces, curatorial and technical support, and a fee of 1,500 euros. Netural Coop is a social cooperative focused on enhancing territories, communities, and businesses through social innovation and sustainability, using co-design, living lab, and open innovation methodologies. The cooperative is led by Maria Teresa Cirone, Andrea Paoletti, and Mariella Stella.
