Artissima 2022: Torino Art Week Exhibition Guide
The 29th Artissima art fair is set to take place in Turin from November 4 to 8, 2022, accompanied by citywide exhibitions. Gallerie d'Italia will present a retrospective titled 'Suonare forte' by Lisetta Carmi, featuring more than 150 photographs curated by Giovanni Battista Martini. Gregory Crewdson's 'Eveningside', curated by Jean-Charles Vergne, will make its debut. OGR hosts Arthur Jafa's inaugural solo exhibition in Italy, 'RHAMESJAFACOSEYJAFADRAYTON'. On November 4, a concert featuring Jason Moran, Okkyung Lee, and Melvin Gibbs will occur at Duomo. Fondazione Sandretto Re Rebaudengo will unveil four projects on November 3, while Fondazione Merz showcases Michal Rovner's 'Alert'. Additional exhibitions include 'Hic sunt Dracones' at GAM, Regina José Galindo's 'Tierra' at Parco Arte Vivente, and a retrospective of Robert Doisneau at Camera.
