Artissima 2021: Controtempo theme, Hub India focus, and Intesa Sanpaolo as main partner

Artissima's 28th edition is set to take place at the Oval in Turin from November 5 to 7, 2021, with a preview scheduled for November 4. The theme 'Controtempo' addresses the altered perception of time during the pandemic, marking a return to in-person and digital formats following the event's cancellation in 2020. This year, 154 galleries from 37 nations will participate, featuring three curated exhibitions and nine awards, including the new 'ad occhi chiusi…' from Fondazione Merz. A new initiative, Hub India – Maximum Minimum, curated by Myna Mukherjee and Davide Quadrio, will showcase sales and exhibitions across multiple locations. Intesa Sanpaolo joins as the main partner, presenting two shows, alongside special projects like JaguArt and the Torino Social Impact Art Award.
