Artissima 2020 goes hybrid with Unplugged edition across Turin museums
The 27th Artissima, taking place at Oval in Turin from November 5-8, 2020, has been rebranded as Artissima Unplugged. This iteration will showcase physical exhibitions at GAM, Palazzo Madama, and MAO, displaying works from 90 galleries, mainly from Italy, along with contributions from South Africa and South America. Ilaria Bonacossa, the director, referred to it as an 'acoustic version' aimed at creating a more personal atmosphere. The exhibitions, titled 'Stasi Frenetica,' will be open from November 7, 2020, until January 9, 2021, with previews on November 5-6. Additionally, the digital platform Artissima XYZ will be accessible from November 3 to December 9, 2020, featuring three curated sections.
