The magazine ARTE!Brasileiros marks its 10th anniversary with the release of its 50th issue, which came out during the COVID-19 pandemic. This edition features conversations with curators of the 34th São Paulo Bienal, who share insights into their changing exhibition ideas. Ximena Garrido-Leca's work, 'Insurgências Botânicas: Phaseolus Lunatus,' is showcased at the 2020 São Paulo Bienal. The 12th Mercosul Biennial, curated by Andrea Giunta, will emphasize themes related to femininity. Additionally, 'Estudos e Anotações' at Fábrica de Arte Marcos Amaro displays 203 pieces by Tarsila do Amaral. Interviews highlight Indigenous viewpoints, while Mariana Palma exhibits at Instituto Tomie Ohtake. Ateliê397 and JA.CA also celebrate their anniversaries. Construction begins on Centro Cultural Veras in Florianópolis, with Paço das Artes and Instituto de Arte Contemporânea securing locations in São Paulo.
