Art-o-rama 2021: Marseille Fair Returns with 44 Galleries and New Acquisition Prize

The 15th edition of Art-o-rama commenced in Marseille under the direction of Jérôme Pantalacci, showcasing 44 galleries from 11 nations, such as Italy, Russia, Spain, Romania, Germany, and France. This fair emphasizes emerging talent and draws both local and global collectors. Highlights include Josefa Ntjam at Nicoletti Contemporary, Anna Malagrida's photographs at Philipp Von Rosen, and James Lewis's sculptures at Hubert Winter. Suprainfinit presented Kirstin Wenzel's ceramic orchids, while Vivien Roubaud's kinetic sculptures were displayed by In Situ. Anna Dot received the 'Because of many Suns' award, and Mary Hurrell won in the Immaterial Salon category, with a jury consisting of Sveva Taurisano, Bruno Bulfo, and Carolina Ciuti. Additional events featured video installations and exhibitions by Lydia Ourahmane and Emeka Ogboh.
