Art&Newport Announces Summer 2026 Exhibitions by Austin Eddy and Na Kim

This summer, Art&Newport, established in 2017 by Dodie Kanazjian, will showcase two solo exhibitions in Rhode Island that respond to their surroundings. Brooklyn artists Na Kim and Austin Eddy both delve into themes related to the sky. Kim's exhibition, 'Portraits,' debuts this week at the Old Stone Mill in Touro Park, featuring small cloud paintings in waterproof frames, along with a horizontal piece displayed at the Redwood Library and Athenaeum. Additionally, Kim, who serves as the art director for The Paris Review and creative director at Farrar, Straus and Giroux, will present cloud paintings at Nicola Vassell in New York this fall. Eddy's 'Hope Deferred' will open at the Norman Bird Sanctuary in Middletown late next month, showcasing ceramic bird sculptures within a 19th-century barn. 'Portraits' will be available from July 28 to August 10, while 'Hope Deferred' will run from August 27 until June 2026. Admission is free for both exhibitions.
