Art Explora and Académie des Beaux-Arts Launch 2026 European Award
Applications are now being accepted for the Art Explora – Académie des Beaux-Arts European Award 2026, aimed at supporting innovative audience engagement initiatives by non-profit cultural entities in Europe. The total prize pool amounts to €180,000: Category 1 (up to €200,000) awards €30,000, Category 2 (€200,000–€1 million) offers €40,000, and Category 3 (over €1 million) grants €50,000. Additionally, there are two prizes of €30,000 each for the Special Jury Prize and the Public Prize. Eligible organizations include registered non-profit cultural institutions from EU member states, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, the UK, Western Balkans, or Ukraine. The deadline for applications is June 26, 2026, with public voting for the Public Prize taking place from October 2 to 12, 2026, under the jury led by Frédéric Jousset.
