Art critic and historian Marisa Vescovo dies at 78
Marisa Vescovo, a prominent Italian art critic and historian, died on August 15, 2016, at age 78, reportedly due to a sudden illness while on holiday in Liguria. She taught Phenomenology of Contemporary Art at the Accademia di Belle Arti di Genova for 25 years and curated artistic activities for the Fondazione Palazzo Bricherasio in Turin.
