Art + Business = Love (?) Festival in Ancona Explores Art-Enterprise Synergy

The festival Art + Business = Love (?), organized by Sineglossa Creative Ground, takes place at the Mole Vanvitelliana in Ancona from May 3 to 6. It aims to foster a 'new Renaissance' where artists and businesses collaborate for innovative solutions benefiting the community. The event builds on the Jes! Cerco lavoro. Lo immagino. Lo trovo project held in Jesi from 2013 to 2015. It is supported by the Marche Region and the Municipality of Ancona, in collaboration with the Fondo Mole Vanvitelliana and other public and private partners. Marcello Smarrelli, artistic director of the Fondazione Ermanno Casoli, and Deborah Carè, the foundation's organizational director, are present. The foundation has worked for ten years in the Marche to foster cross-contamination between art and enterprise. The festival includes a talk on 'Art and science: so far, so close' with visual artist Cesare Pietroiusti and physicist Maurizio Biasini from the University of Perugia. It also features a screening of 'The Game' by artist Danilo Correale, winner of the XIV edition of the Premio Ermanno Casoli, and installations by Annaclara Di Biase for the food company Luciana Mosconi, created specifically for the festival.
