Scheduled to take place from May 8 to 11, 2025, Art Busan will be held at BEXCO in Busan, South Korea, featuring 109 galleries representing 17 nations. In March 2025, a collaboration with Tokyo Gendai was established, allowing for the participation of up to 10 Korean galleries in the third edition of Tokyo Gendai in September 2025, with reciprocal exhibitions planned for May 2026. The fair will include sections such as MAIN, FUTURE, and CONNECT, with FUTURE highlighting 19 galleries and artists including Jaehong Ahn. A new FUTURE ART AWARD will grant KRW 10 million to a distinguished artist. The CONNECT section, curated by Wonseok Koh, will delve into 'Territory and Boundaries.' Established in 2012, Art Busan bolsters the local art scene, featuring prominent galleries like MASSIMODECARLO and Kukje Gallery.
