Art Basel Paris 2025: Fashion Takes Center Stage at Grand Palais

festival-fair · 2026-04-26

From October 21 to 26, 2025, the Grand Palais hosted Art Basel Paris, an event that blended art with fashion. Director Clément Delépine emphasized the cultural contributions made by various brands. The fair included 206 galleries divided into three categories: Galleries (featuring Perrotin and Gagosian), Emergence (highlighting emerging talent), and Premise (showcasing historical pieces). The Oh La La! initiative, curated by Loïc Prigent, revitalized displays with art that examined style and trends. Notable works included those by Manuel Pardo, Lutz Bacher, Anne-Lise Coste, and Moffat Takadiwa. Louis Vuitton unveiled Artycapucines VII beneath a vibrant fuchsia octopus, while Salomon introduced Sensorial Terrains. Madame Figaro marked 45 years with a cover wall, and Miu Miu presented Helen Marten's 30 Blizzards, alongside Edward Enninful's talks at the Petit Palais.
