Art Basel Hong Kong 2025 announces exhibitors, new galleries, and expanded programming

Art Basel Hong Kong 2025 is happening from March 28 to 30 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, featuring 242 galleries hailing from 42 different countries. This year, the event will introduce 23 new galleries from places like India, Australia, Kosovo, Guatemala, Nigeria, South Africa, the U.S., the U.K., Germany, and Greater China, boosting international representation. The MGM Discoveries Art Prize will be awarded to one artist, granting them a chance to exhibit in Macau. Artist Ho Tzu Nyen will debut Night Charades on the façade of M+, celebrating Hong Kong's film legacy. Furthermore, Para Site is in charge of the Film Programme, showcasing notable works from Mohamed Ahmed Ibrahim, Saif Azzuz, and Simone Fattal.
