Art Basel Hong Kong 2025 Announces 240 Exhibitors from 42 Countries

Scheduled for 2025, Art Basel Hong Kong will showcase 240 exhibitors hailing from 42 nations and territories, including 23 first-time participants, with more than half representing the Asia-Pacific area. Taking place at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, the event includes a week-long public program. Curated by Alexie Glass-Kantor in her final edition, the Encounters sector will display 18 large-scale installations themed 'As the World Turns,' organized into four sections: Passage, Alteration, Charge, and The Return. Fourteen pieces are specifically created for the fair, along with an offsite project. The promotional campaign will feature works by Asian artists Kimsooja, Luis Chan, and Miao Ying on billboards throughout the city, complemented by additional programming from local museums and cultural institutions.
