Arnaud Maguet's Wooden Juke Joint at Centre Pompidou

In the Forum of the Centre Pompidou, Arnaud Maguet constructed a wooden cube using reclaimed wood from Tadashi Kawamata's cabins. This structure, drawing inspiration from Mississippi juke joints, functioned as a performance venue for more than two weeks, hosting shows daily at 7 p.m. Viewers could only catch glimpses of the performances through openings or via surveillance footage. Notable participants included Vincent Epplay, Fred Bigot, Baron Oufo, and Jérôme Poret, whose concert faced a near disruption by a security guard. Maguet's team from Nice featured Hifiklub, Jean-Luc Verna, Jean-Marc Montera, Arnaud Labelle-Rojoux, and Christian Vialard. The installation, named "In My Room," showcased works such as an Elvis costume crafted from Ferrero Rocher wrappers, along with a vinyl catalogue for the Musée d'Art Contemporain de Rochechouart.
