From September 9 to 11, the Javits Center hosted the 28th Armory Show, which showcased over 240 galleries representing 30 nations. This venue's spacious booths set it apart from other American art fairs. Notable participants included Templon, featuring Kehinde Wiley and Jim Dine; Kasmin with Vanessa German; and David Zwirner showcasing Chris Ofili. Italian galleries made a strong comeback, displaying works by Andy Warhol and Ettore Spalletti. Cortesi Gallery launched an NFT section named C-VERSO. The event also spotlighted Latin America, with curators Carla Acevedo-Yates, Tobias Ostrander, and Mari Carmen Ramírez.
