Archivio Bellosguardo: Family Photos and Contemporary Works at Rome's Ex Chiesa delle Zitelle

The exhibition titled 'Archivio Bellosguardo. Fotografie di famiglia e produzione contemporanea' commenced on November 8, 2019, at the ex Chiesa delle Zitelle in Rome and will continue until January 24, 2020. This event marks the conclusion of the Archivio Bellosguardo pilot initiative led by photographer Alessandro Imbriaco, in collaboration with ICCD and under the patronage of the Comune di Bellosguardo, with coordination by Rehub Alburni. The project focuses on establishing a photographic archive of the Cilento and Vallo di Diano National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site since 1998, by gathering family photographs from Bellosguardo and displaying works from emerging photographers including Alessandro Coco, Valerio Morreale, Nunzia Pallante, Mattia Pannunzio, and Sarah Wiedmann. The exhibition is divided into two parts: 'Fotografie di famiglia' and 'Produzione contemporanea,' highlighting themes of biography, emigration, and tourism.
