Architecture-Themed Dinners at Salone OFF Food Topic Alongside Open House Torino

festival-fair · 2026-04-26

From June 1 to 8, 2025, the Salone OFF Food Topic returns to Turin, pairing gastronomy with architecture during Open House Torino. This edition introduces collaborative dinners in architecturally significant venues like lofts, open spaces, and home restaurants, moving beyond traditional restaurants to embrace the casual dining trend. Founder Rosalia Imperato selected two concepts: DOV Home and Cucina sartoriale di Jacopo Lanfranco. On June 6, Cucina sartoriale at Edit Loft 12 presents a dish inspired by 25 Verde, a vertical forest building designed by Luciano Pia. On June 5, DOV Home chef Gabriel Berisha offers a tribute to architect Carlo Mollino at Ottofinestre, featuring a tramezzino shaped like the Bisiluro DaMolNar race car from the 1955 24 Hours of Le Mans. All dinners conclude with Papalele's 100% plant-based gelato.
