Architects Collaborative has completed The House of Thirds, a 1,100-square-metre private residence in New Delhi. The five-sided, heavily skewed triangular structure occupies a 270-square-metre irregular plot, the final piece of a larger urban ensemble. Principal architects Abhishek Saxena and Madhav Maini led the project, with Ahana Chakrabarty and Bhupesh Arora on the design team. Vibhor Yadav photographed the house, and suppliers include Elite Studio, Kaara Decor, Kohler, Mitsubishi, and Schindler. Curated by Miwa Negoro, the 2025 project completes its neat neighborhood.
