In the 8th arrondissement of Paris, French architect Maxime Bousquet has crafted three upscale rental apartments for Pied à Terre. Situated on the fourth floor of a 19th-century structure near Place de la Madeleine, the property offers studio, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom options. Bousquet's design incorporates art deco elements and bespoke furnishings, such as lacquered silver-leaf consoles and cork coffee tables. Vintage accents, including a plaster bas-relief and a c1950 Serge Roche mirror, enhance modern features. The bathrooms are adorned with glass mosaic tiles in rich storm cloud or honey tones.
