April 2024's Major Art Exhibitions Span Venice, Berlin, Buenos Aires, and Beyond

An extensive exhibition featuring the works of Indian modernist M.F. Husain will commence on April 18 at Magazzini del Sale in Venice, remaining open until November 24. Titled 'The Rooted Nomad' and backed by Kiran Nadar, the show delves into Husain's artistic journey and his periods of exile in Doha and London. From April 26-28, Berlin's Gallery Weekend will showcase over 60 galleries, including artists Mire Lee and Hannah Quinlan. In Buenos Aires, Rosana Paulino's 'Amefricana' is available until June 10. The Art Institute of Chicago will present Christina Ramberg's retrospective starting April 20. Akram Zaatari's 'Father and Son' will be displayed at Thomas Dane in Naples from April 23 to July 13. Anna Park's exhibition in Perth is scheduled from April 20 to September 8. The Contemporaine de Nîmes triennial opens on April 5, followed by the Bienal de Coimbra on April 6. Additionally, Gallery 1957's 'Part 1' in London will run until May 25, and Wolfgang Tillmans will release 'Build from Here' on April 26.
