Apple TV+ Launches on November 1, 2019 with Original Series and Documentaries

Apple TV+ debuts on November 1, 2019 in Italy and globally, offering original content in 4K with Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos for €4.99/month. The service includes seven series and a documentary at launch, with new titles added in November and December. Initial offerings include The Morning Show starring Jennifer Aniston, Reese Witherspoon, and Steve Carell; See with Jason Momoa; Dickinson featuring Hailee Steinfeld; and For All Mankind by Ronald D. Moore. A documentary The Mother of the Elephant, children's series Helpsters, Ghostwriter, and Snoopy in Space are also available. Upcoming releases include the psychological thriller Servant by Tony Basgallop and M. Night Shyamalan, a new season of Truth to Be Told, the film Hala from Sundance, and an Oprah Winfrey show. Apple TV+ competes with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Disney+ (launching November 12). The platform is accessible on iPhone, iPad, iPod, Apple TV, Mac, Samsung and LG smart TVs, and web browsers. A 7-day free trial is offered, with automatic renewal for up to six family members.
