Apeiron Contemporary Gallery by Aether Architects and Archigress in Shenzhen
Apeiron Contemporary, a gallery designed by Aether Architects and Archigress, is set to complete in 2026 in Shenzhen's Qingshuihe Railway Relics area. The 320 m² project transforms a former railway warehouse into a light-filled exhibition space, addressing urban density and the interplay between heaviness and lightness. Lead architect Huang Zelin, along with design team members Li Xiaodong, Li Ying, Liu Dingwen, Peng Jian, and Zhao Zheng, conceived the project. Engineering was handled by Shenzhen Morgor Design Consulting Co., LTD, with Zhang Fan, Cao Yuanfeng, and Yang Rui contributing. The architects aim to discover the unexpected in everyday landscapes, turning proximity into distance and darkness into brightness.
