Antonio Passa's Tripartite Exhibition at Fondazione Menna in Rome

The Fondazione Filiberto e Bianca Menna in Rome hosts 'Tutto passa in tre mesi', a three-part exhibition curated by Antonello Tolve, dedicated to Antonio Passa (born 1939 in Cava de' Tirreni). The show is structured around the obsessive repetition of the number three: three sections divide the space, moving from Passa's paintings to iconographic material about the artist, and finally to the word. Passa's research focuses on a theory of the painting's dimension, centered on three fundamental elements: canvas, frame, and color, applied meticulously to both canvas and frame to make the panel disappear. The exhibition evolves over three months, with a new installation each month featuring additional works. The second opening is scheduled for May 21, and the third and final appointment will take place on June 21 at the Fondazione Filiberto e Bianca Menna in Rome.
