Antonio Marras presents Labirinti e fili at Fuorisalone 2016

exhibition · 2026-05-05

Antonio Marras's installation Labirinti e fili at Fuorisalone 2016 features 20 kilometers of hemp rope and 20 totems made from traditional Tuscan terracotta vases. The exhibition, a collaboration with Segno Italiano, introduces the new brand Eligo and its interior design branch Eligo studio. Hand-painted terracotta bottles in white, black, and bordeaux dominate the space. The final room, Isola, hosts Imprentas, a gastronomic project by chef Roberto Serra from Carduleu, Abbasanta. The installation includes photographs by Daniela Zedda from the exhibition Senes, curated by Francesca Alfano Miglietti. Marras also presents a collection of Sardinian artisan products, including ceramics by Terrapintada (Simonetta Marongiu, Giulia and Robert Carzedda), textiles by Su Marmuri, metalwork by Bam, and sweets by Anna Gardu. Marras jokingly stated, "From now on I will only deal with porn." He will participate in the exhibition Lei, Lui, Loro by Carol Rama, curated by Efisio Carbone, Ivana Mulatero, Roberta Vanali, and Alexandra Wetzel, opening at EXMA in Cagliari and MACC in Calasetta at the end of April.
