Antonio Grulli Appointed Director of CAMeC in La Spezia

Antonio Grulli, who hails from La Spezia and has served as the director of Turin's Luci d'Artista since 2023, has now been appointed as the director of CAMeC – Centro d’Arte Moderna e Contemporanea della Spezia. This museum, which opened its doors in May 2004, is set to undergo significant renovations in 2024, coinciding with Grulli's new role. He intends to strengthen the museum's identity and highlight its historical significance, particularly La Spezia's contribution to avant-garde art. Grulli also plans to incorporate interdisciplinary dialogues into CAMeC's offerings, aiming to establish it as a key cultural hub for the surrounding Tuscan regions. He will make his inaugural public appearance on Friday, July 4, at 7 PM, during the presentation of the "Morandi Fontana. Invisibile e Infinito" catalog, which will be displayed until September 14.
