Anthropic launches ten AI agent templates for financial services
Anthropic has introduced ten agent templates designed for financial services, aimed at tasks such as pitchbook generation, KYC screening, and month-end closing. These templates are available as plugins for Claude Cowork and Claude Code, as well as cookbooks for Claude Managed Agents, featuring skills, connectors, and subagents that can be customized to fit specific firm requirements. Claude now supports integration with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook through add-ins, maintaining context across different applications. New data connectors from various sources, including Dun & Bradstreet and Moody's, enhance access to market data. The agents utilize Claude Opus 4.7, achieving a score of 64.37% on Vals AI's Finance Agent benchmark.
