Angelina Jolie has listed her Los Angeles estate in the Laughlin Park enclave of Los Feliz for $29.85 million, signaling her departure from the U.S. after her six children turned 18. The two-acre property, originally acquired in 1916 by filmmaker Cecil B. DeMille for $28,000, includes an 11,000-square-foot compound with a 7,500-square-foot Italianate Revival main house dating to about 1913. Jolie purchased the estate in 2017 for $24.5 million, a record-breaking price for the neighborhood. The property features six bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a guest house, pool house, fitness studio, tea house, and detached garage with security station. Interior details include a curved staircase, step-down living room with fireplace, mahogany-paneled dining room, library, and updated kitchen. Grounds offer mature trees, sloping lawns, terraces, and views of Hollywood Hills and Griffith Park Observatory. The listing is held by Ernie Carswell of Sotheby’s International Realty.
