Andy Warhol's Factory Recreated in Rome's Palazzo Cavallerini Lazzaroni

Contemporary Cluster, an eclectic space in Rome's historic Palazzo Cavallerini Lazzaroni, has recreated Andy Warhol's legendary Factory. The exhibition, running until December 28, 2019, features over 60 historic silkscreen editions by Warhol, including iconic subjects like Marilyn and the Mona Lisa, as well as lesser-known pieces such as 'The Scream'. Also on display are photographs by Gerald Bruneau depicting Warhol's private apartment, along with vinyl records and books on Pop art. The venue will host daily programming inspired by the movement, including club nights, performances, concerts, talks, and film screenings. Guests include Gianluca Marziani, Tiziano Rizzuti (singer and guitarist of Jesus Was Homeless), the research collective Hardcore Furia di Industria Indipendente, Spiritual Front, a Velvet Underground cover band, and Lara Martelli and Alessandra Annibali, who will rearrange old songs.
