André Vainer Arquitetos' L-Shaped House in São Paulo
In 2023, André Vainer Arquitetos completed a 550 m² residential project in São Paulo, Brazil. The house is arranged in an L-shape along the property's boundaries and front setback, preserving a large open patio within. Its openings face east, north, and west to maximize sunlight. The project was led by André Vainer, with co-author Gabriela Fuganholi and collaborator Tiago Wright van Deursen, alongside specialist consultants for structure, lighting, landscaping, acoustics, and MEP systems. Photography was provided by Pedro Napolitano Prata, and the project was featured through curation by Susanna Moreira.
