André Guerra Arquitetos renovates Casa Mooca in São Paulo

André Guerra Arquitetos has completed the renovation of Casa Mooca, a 400 m² residential project in São Paulo, Brazil, in 2024. The design respects the existing structure while introducing contemporary elements, revealing and reinterpreting original architectural features without erasing the past. The project was coordinated by André Guerra and Douglas Vicentini, with landscaping by Eiji Taninaka Paisajista. Photography is by Manuel Sá, and Reka Iluminação provided lighting.
