Anderson .Paak Drops K-POPS! Album with G-Dragon, aespa, and More

Nine-time Grammy-winner Anderson .Paak released his 17-track album K-POPS! (Music from and inspired by K-POPS! Motion Picture) on Friday, May 29th, featuring collaborations with G-Dragon, aespa, Jay Park, NMIXX, DEAN, CHUNG HA, Crush, and others. The album accompanies his directorial debut film K-POPS!, which premiered on Netflix and stars .Paak as a washed-up musician who discovers his long-lost son on a K-pop competition show. The film originally premiered at the 2024 Toronto International Film Festival and had a nationwide AMC theatrical release. Dem Jointz served as executive producer, and .Paak's son Soul Rasheed makes his musical debut. The album includes the music video for "Caution" with NMIXX, previously released singles "Keychain" with aespa and "Aftertaste" with DEAN, and a new version of "Too Bad" with G-Dragon, which reached No. 30 on Billboard's Global 200 and won a MAMA Award.
