Anastasia Andrushkevich Wears Diana-Inspired Gown at 2026 Cannes

At the 2026 Cannes Film Festival, actor Anastasia Andrushkevich wore a pale blue gown by Mehmet Ozden that echoed Princess Diana's iconic 1987 Cannes dress. Diana's original, designed by Catherine Walker, referenced Grace Kelly's costume in Alfred Hitchcock's 1955 film To Catch a Thief. Hitchcock had chosen the icy blue to reflect Kelly's character. Diana's gown sold at auction in 2003 for $108,000. Andrushkevich, born in 2001 in Rostov-on-Don, Russia, is also a professional pianist. Diana had worn the same gown again in 1989 for the Miss Saigon premiere in London, a rare repeat for a royal.
