AN Interior Announces NYCxDESIGN 2026 Events and Publications

During NYCxDESIGN 2026, AN Interior will organize various events, starting with an After Dark showroom crawl on May 15 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at participating showrooms like DOM Interiors, Rimadesio, Robin Reigi, and Tilebar. A pop-up bookstore, in collaboration with do you read me?! nyc, will be hosted at Afternoon Light from May 17 to 19, showcasing a selection of books on architecture, furniture, graphic design, and industrial design, featuring shelving by Vitsœ. Additionally, the first printed guide to New York City's design districts, guest edited by Lila Allen and designed by Studio Loutsis, will be distributed for free at local stockists and showrooms. The Spring/Summer 2026 issue of AN Interior will also be released. On May 18, editor in chief Jack Murphy will lead two discussions at ICFF: “The State of Affairs in Design Media” at 11:30 a.m. with Dan Rubinstein, Jill Singer, and Tiffany Jow; and “Chillspace: Exploring Holistic Retail and Hospitality Interiors” at 4:00 p.m. with Ed Bakos, Jonathan Garnett, and Madelynn Ringo. Finally, on May 20, Murphy will engage in a conversation with Katherine Lambert and Christiane Robbins from Metropolitan Architectural Practice about their book "Architecture X Architecture: A Dialectic" at Rizzoli Bookstore from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
