Amoako Boafo Recreates Accra Studio in Los Angeles Exhibition

Created in collaboration with architect and designer Glenn DeRoche, the exhibition integrates Boafo's signature portraiture within the structure. The installation includes Monstera wallpaper, porous dividers, and floral seat covers that mirror his artistic techniques like paper transfers and impasto. Boafo aims to convey the community gatherings and sensory experiences central to his studio practice. The show runs through March 21.
