Spanish rock band Amaral has released a new single, 'No quiero más canciones tristes', as part of the soundtrack for the series 'Se tiene que morir mucha gente' by comedian Victoria Martín. The song features backing vocals from the series' lead actresses Anna Castillo, Macarena García, and Laura Weissmahr. Amaral performed the track during a surprise appearance at the pre-premiere of the Movistar Plus series on Wednesday at the Capitol cinemas in Madrid. The band described the song as 'a war cry against melancholy' and 'a visceral impulse' inspired by the three female protagonists. The release marks a departure from their earlier melancholic style, with lyrics declaring 'Today I will let you go forever and hold on to songs that make me dance.'
