The show, which has sold out for its 11-day run at the Gilded Balloon Teviot, explores themes of motherhood and how Knox plans to discuss her past with her daughter. Knox told the BBC that she is not the first to use humor to cope with trauma, highlighting the dangers women face. Meanwhile, Meredith's sister, Stephanie Kercher, voiced her worries that the show might trivialize violence against women, urging Knox to reflect on the family's suffering. A petition opposing the show has garnered nearly 5,000 signatures. Knox emphasized that her daughter inspires the performance and expressed hope that the Kercher family would recognize its sensitivity. The title alludes to a false narrative of Knox doing cartwheels at the police station, symbolizing resilience. Now 39, Knox resides in Washington state with her husband and two kids, has authored two books, and executive produced 'The Twisted Tale of Amanda Knox.' Meredith, 21, was discovered murdered in Perugia, having been sexually assaulted and fatally injured. Knox was imprisoned for four years before her 2011 acquittal, with her convictions reinstated in 2014 and ultimately overturned in 2015. Rudy Guede served 13 years for the crime.
