Aman New York Adds $40K/Night Private Residence to Rental Program

Aman New York has introduced a three-bedroom private residence to its short-term rental program, with rates around $39,000 per night. Located in the Crown Building at Fifth Avenue and Central Park, the 3,750-square-foot apartment is one of 22 residences above the hotel, all sold since 2022. Owners may place homes in Aman's rental pool. The unit features a 1,000-plus-square-foot wraparound terrace with a 43-foot infinity pool overlooking Central Park and Louis Vuitton's flagship. Interiors by Aman use pale oak, creamy stone, and blackened steel, but owners personalize finishes. Guests access hotel amenities: breakfast at Arva, butler service, house-car drop-offs within 20 blocks, valet parking, concierge, and a three-floor wellness facility. In-room dining includes private omakase from Nama. Seven of 22 residences now participate in the rental program, up from two in 2023, with no lengthy minimum stays.
