Altaroma 2020 Goes Ahead with Live Shows and Digital Runway

From September 11 to 13, 2020, Palazzo Brancaccio in Rome hosted Altaroma, which adopted a hybrid format combining live events with a digital platform called "Digital Runway," garnering over 20,000 connections. The initiative, backed by the Chamber of Commerce of Rome and various organizations, aimed to highlight emerging Italian talent. The 16th edition of "Who Is On Next?" recognized Francesco Murano for womenswear, Dima Leu for menswear, and Zeroundicieyewear for accessories. Among the notable presentations were Caterina Moro's "S.U.D." and Andrés Romo's "Tambora." The event featured 88 brands, 100 accredited buyers, 15 distributors, 20 student works, and 23 events, with the "Showcase" exhibition spotlighting 68 creatives focused on jewelry and craftsmanship.
