All-Electric Mercedes-AMG GT 4-Door Debuts with 1,153 HP
Mercedes-AMG has unveiled its latest GT 4-Door model, which is its inaugural all-electric vehicle based on the innovative AMG.EA platform. This high-performance sedan features three axial flux motors—one at the front and two at the rear—powered by a 106-kWh battery that supports rear-biased all-wheel drive. The lineup includes the GT55, producing 805 horsepower, and the more powerful GT63, boasting 1,153 horsepower. With astonishing acceleration, the GT63 reaches 62 mph in just two seconds. Both variants offer an impressive range of approximately 435 miles and are expected to start around $150,000, with availability starting from late 2023 into early 2024.
