Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz announce Dean Collection Music & Art Campus in Macedon, New York

Alicia Keys and her husband Kasseem Dean (Swizz Beatz) have announced plans for the Dean Collection Music & Art Campus, a new creative center in Macedon, New York. The campus will be built on a former industrial site on Route 31, covering about 1,800 square meters across three buildings. It will include classrooms, offices, dormitories, and exhibition spaces, offering courses in music and visual arts with a strong commercial focus. The couple has signed a contract to purchase the property, with the deal expected to close within two weeks. Swizz Beatz stated they are in early planning stages and cannot share details yet, but aim to create a place for a global creative community. The campus will also house the founders' art collection, which includes works by Kehinde Wiley, Nina Chanel Abney, Arthur Jafa, KAWS, and Deana Lawson, and will be open to the public. The couple previously founded No Commission, a free art fair in Miami started in 2016 that allows artists to keep 100% of sales.
