Alice Faloretti's Solo Exhibition at Made in Art, Parma

exhibition · 2026-05-04

Alice Faloretti (Brescia, 1992; lives in Venice) presents a solo exhibition at Made in Art in Parma, curated by collector and non-profit founder Raffaello Tramontin. The show is part of the OFF circuit of Parma360 Festival of Contemporary Creativity, now in its fourth edition, which this year reflects on Leonardo da Vinci's creative and technological legacy. The exhibition features a series of newly created paintings alongside earlier works. Each canvas presents a kaleidoscope of recognizable and imaginary elements transfigured into a unified landscape space, where the chromatic surface dissolves in the transition between light and darkness, becoming both a sensual subject and a dense vision. A narrative matrix prevails, interrupted between evocative figuration and disturbing abstraction, merging memory and contemporaneity, dream and concreteness. The exhibition anticipates Parma's role as Italian Capital of Culture in 2020.
